Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, aligning them with the company's goals and objectives.
* Oversee digital presence, social media management, and media production (including video and photography) to enhance brand visibility.
* Manage corporate events, representation initiatives, and supplier negotiations to optimize resources and maximize impact.
* Maintain control over budgets, streamline procurement processes, and implement effective merchandising strategies for efficient operations.
* Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, supporting leadership in reinforcing mission, vision, and employer branding.
Requirements
* Demonstrated experience in a Marketing or Brand Management role, preferably in a managerial capacity.
* Expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies, with a deep understanding of business fundamentals, including HR, finance, and corporate strategy.
* Ability to handle conflict resolution and expectation management effectively, with strong negotiation and leadership capabilities.
* Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills, with proficiency in English (spoken and written) at a high level.
