We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist with experience in overseeing the global talent acquisition teams and collaborating with Human Resources and all functional leaders. You will create, develop, implement, and manage recruitment strategies for all open and future roles and ensure that recruitment and training practices and programs support AnalytiChem’s corporate strategies, goals, values and culture. This role reports to the VP of People and is based in our European Excellence Service Hub in Porto/Portugal.
The role:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our HR team in Porto. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing top talent to meet our company’s staffing needs. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for finding the best candidates in the market.
Your main responsibilities:
* Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates across various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
* Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
* Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive hiring practices, and emerging sourcing techniques.
* Collaboration: Partner with country HR and hiring managers to understand specific hiring requirements and ensure alignment with sourcing strategies.
* Screening: Perform initial candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit before passing qualified candidates to the recruitment team.
* Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
* Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and market insights to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
* Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand and job opportunities through various channels to attract top talent.
* Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve sourcing methods and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Your main skills/Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Talent Sourcing Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role, with a track record of successful candidate sourcing and engagement.
* Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media recruiting, and networking.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with candidates effectively.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
