Digital, Data and Systems Development Director
SU ELETRICIDADE is the energy supplier in the regulated market with around 900,000 customers and €550 million in revenues. It also ensures the purchase of electricity to satisfy the client portfolio (330 M€), the acquisition of energy from producers (1.800 M€), and its respective sale on the market (1.300 M€).

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Acceleration:
* Promote Digital Demand based on Value Created;
* Guarantee Digital Roadmap and initiatives Prioritization;
* Promote Digital Mindset and Digital Training;
* Promote Digital Innovation and Digital Expertise;
* Promote Continuous Improvement and Alignment.
Application Development and Maintenance:
* Guarantee Application Development and Maintenance;
* Secure Change and Incident Management;
* Guarantee Capacity Planning and Risk Management;
* Connect with Digital Partners and procurement;
* Promote Best practices and Alignment.
IT - OT Data Management:
* Promote Data Governance;
* Guarantee Data Platforms Development and Operation;
* Promote Advanced Analytics and AI;
* Guarantee Standards and Alignment.
Other responsibilities include: Managing identities and access rights, resource owner, segregation of duties (SoD) approver, license management, IT CAPEX and OPEX control, preparing regulatory and legal information for ERSE and other public entities, reporting group and SU ELETRICIDADE internal information, updating the Delegation of Competencies in information systems, and leading the discussion and proposal of the Company's IT budget and Business Plan.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, maths or management with skills in computer science, systems engineering or similar;
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the energy sector or other regulated markets;
* Good knowledge of the sector and IT systems supporting energy supply and trading activities is valued;
* Commercial cycle and/or client services experience is valued;
* Experience in management and leading multifunctional teams;
* Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English;
* Analytical skills to solve complex problems and manage uncertainty;
* Focus on results and contribution to business objectives;
* Ability to inspire and support team development with continuous guidance;
