Cultural fit is key, so when we think of you joining our team, we imagine someone genuine, strategic, empathetic, and truly aligned with our purpose: making a difference with real care for our customers, our people, our shareholders, and our society.As a Key Account Manager at Carglass Portugal, your mission is to lead, define, and implement the strategy for each B2B client, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure business growth and client satisfaction.YOUR MISSION- Client Strategy and Relationship Management:- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts (KAs), ensuring strong commercial ties and the successful implementation of the commercial plan.- Proactively understand client needs, anticipate business risks, and provide tailored solutions.- Conduct both quantitative and qualitative analysis of client results to identify trends and areas for improvement.- Participate in the management of international accounts through meetings, conferences, and collaborations.- Ensure the successful implementation of international contracts within the business unit.- Financial Analysis:- Monitor key account performance, focusing on volume, profitability, and predefined KPIs.- Use financial insights to optimize account strategies and improve results.- Market Knowledge and Business Trends:- Stay informed about sector trends and share insights with key stakeholders.- Use market knowledge to identify business opportunities and propose innovative solutions.- Promote research and competitive analysis to better understand market actions and potential impacts on accounts.- Project Coordination and Value Creation:- Develop and coordinate multidisciplinary projects with key accounts to add value to the business.- Foster collaboration between internal teams to ensure seamless execution and measurable impact.WHAT WE HOPE YOU BRINGPrevious experience managing B2B clients or key accounts, preferably in a fast-paced or service-driven environment.Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze KPIs and translate them into actionable insights.Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to execution
