Description
* Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
* Promote open communication with employees, identifying issues and finding solutions.
* Support the development of internal training programs and ensure compliance with associated administrative processes.
* Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary documents are signed and providing access to integration training and familiarization with colleagues and the workplace.
* Prepare payroll processing and coordinate contractual management with external suppliers.
* Provide clarification on payroll processing to employees.
* Calculate area indicators and maintain the Dashboard.
* Ensure administrative management of the area.
* Support the implementation of human resources policies.
* Contribute to improving HR management processes.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field.
* 5 years of experience in generalist HR roles.
* Technical knowledge of payroll processing and contractual management.
* Advanced knowledge of labor legislation.
* Intermediate level of Excel skills.
* Analytical skills, planning, and strong communication.
