In the heart of Lisbon, our teams design innovative technologies by developing an Android Apps Market for major car manufacturers and offer the end customer an intuitive connectivity experience.
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Pre-Sales Engineer with a strong background in Android and experience in Automotive sector to support our Apps Market business.
The ideal candidate will work closely with our sales team to support customer acquisition, demonstrate our products, and ensure that customer requirements are effectively communicated to our Product team to feed the Product roadmap.This role requires a deep understanding of the automotive industry, experience with Android platform, and the ability to translate customer requirements into product features.Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesSales Support & Customer Acquisition:Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and present technical solutions to fulfill the customer requirements Assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective customersProvide technical expertise during customer meetings, both virtually and on-site, to effectively articulate the benefits and capabilities of our solutionsSupport the sales process by answering technical questions, addressing concerns, and providing competitive analysisProduct Demonstrations:Design and execute compelling product demonstrations that showcase the features and advantages of our Android Automotive Apps MarketCustomize demo environments to reflect the specific requirements and use cases of each potential customerEnsure that all demonstrations are technically accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to the customer's industryCustomer Requirement Gathering:Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements, pain points, and business challengesAct as the liaison between the customer and the product team, translating customer feedback and requirements into actionable product development inputsMaintain thorough documentation of customer interactions, requirements, and feedback for internal useCollaboration with Product & Engineering Teams:Provide the product team with insights into market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to influence product roadmaps and feature prioritizationParticipate in product development discussions to ensure customer requirements are adequately addressed in future product releasesCollaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues encountered during the sales processTechnical Training & Knowledge Sharing:Develop and deliver training sessions for internal teams and customers on our Android automotive solutionsStay up-to-date with the latest developments in Android and automotive technologies, and share knowledge across the organizationYour profile and competencies to succeedQualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
