Your contribution to something big:
As a Technical Support Specialist for Remote Automotive Diagnostics, you will provide expert assistance to automotive workshops in Europe. Your expertise in ADAS calibration and vehicle diagnostics will help solve complex cases efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Provide remote technical support for workshops.
* Diagnose and resolve advanced vehicle system issues using OE (Original Equipment) and IAM (Independent Aftermarket) tools.
* Utilize OE-Tester and diagnosis software to find and perform the corresponding solution.
* Communicate effectively with customers via Chat.
* Manage multiple support tickets and client interactions in parallel.
* Conduct regular training sessions for team members and provide feedback to the Development Team.
What distinguishes you:
Education & Experience:
* Vehicle Master level technician skills (or local equivalence) and/or work experience in this field.
* Experience in automotive diagnostics, ADAS calibration, and technical support.
Technical Know-How:
* Strong knowledge of OE (Original Equipment) and IAM (Independent Aftermarket) tools and their procedures.
* ESI tronic technical knowledge is beneficial.
* Expertise in ECU (electronic control units) flashing, Engine management systems, Comfort systems (such as ADAS), and braking systems.
* Understanding of electronic modules, dashboards, lighting, and vehicle behavior.
Working Style & Methods:
* Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex vehicle issues remotely and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to multi-task and handle multiple cases efficiently.
* Enjoy training co-workers.
* Flexibility in terms of time and working contents.
