Job Description
We are seeking a Sr ISV Account Manager to help promote the growth and shape the future of Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the Iberia region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for increasing market penetration of AWS in Independent Software Vendor accounts and supporting their business growth with various programs.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive business growth and expansion in a defined territory.
* Develop and execute a Territory Plan, meeting or exceeding quarterly targets.
* Manage numerous accounts concurrently and strategically.
* Articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services and Amazon.
* Accelerate customer adoption.
* Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption of the ISV business.
* Support cross-territory initiatives to increase sales effectiveness and scale.
* Ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
* BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required.
* Relevant experience in technology-related sales, business development, or sales engineering/consulting in the IT industry.
* Cross-functional selling experience (Architect, Sales Engineer, Professional Services, Partner, and ISVs).
* Demonstrable achievement of targets paralleled with continuous advancement in career.
* Native level Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications
* Technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus.
* Direct field experience in working with ISVs.
* Profound insights into the Iberian ISV ecosystem, main market stakeholders, and trends.
* Experience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology or technical services deals.
* AWS Cloud Practitioner/Solutions Architect Associate certification.
