Concessions Analyst, EU AMXL Concessions

Amazon is seeking a Concessions Analyst to join Amazon's European eXtra Large (EU AMXL) team. The EU AMXL team is responsible for the end-to-end Heavy/Bulky journey in fulfillment, supply chain, and transportation daily business, as well as its strategic vision in Europe.
Amazon has a culture of data-driven decision-making and demands business intelligence that is timely, accurate, and actionable. During our day-to-day operations, tons of data is generated which is leveraged to make important business decisions.
Key Job Responsibilities
* Create metrics, performance dashboards and reports
* Drive root cause analysis
* Engage with cross-functional teams and/or carriers/vendors for implementation of project/program requirements
* Manage multiple projects/initiatives
* Communicate at all levels with the ability to present information professionally & concisely with supporting data
A Day in the Life
As an Analyst, you will access data warehouses and Redshift clusters, create automated reports through macros, and develop relevant KPIs and metrics for team performance as well as for transportation operations. You will publish daily/weekly performance reports and provide business insights based on data to further improve our operations and processes.
Minimum Requirements
* B2/C1 English level
* Experience working with data
* Advanced knowledge in Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.)
* Working experience with Excel, VBA, SQL, or other coding experience to support automation initiatives
* Experience in business process improvement, Lean/Six Sigma
* Working experience in dashboards and data visualization, analytics, and intelligence, e.g., Tableau and QuickSight
* Ability to think quantitatively and qualitatively about operating processes and outcomes
* Proven independent decision-making skills in an often ambiguous environment
