What will be your responsibilities:
* Define BU’s recruitment strategy with the Talent Acquisition Manager to attract talent in the technology and defence industries;
* Manage the full employee lifecycle;
* Manage employee relations and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner;
* Coach the team leaders into providing continuous feedback for team members. Collaborate with team leaders to create development plans;
* Drive and support culture and engagement initiatives;
* Implement training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge;
* Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate employee records;
* Ensure compliance with global HR policies and procedures and develop and implement specific HR policies and procedures for business unit;
* Collaborate with business leaders to understand their specific needs and develop HR strategies to support business unit goals;
* Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR related matters;
* Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR management;
* Management of office-related topics.
Profile and requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business partner role or similar;
* Knowledge of PT employment laws and regulations;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment;
* Strong organisational and problem solving skills;
* Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
