Senior Change Manager – Payments and Services
This is a hybrid opportunity that allows you to work from home for 3 days per week. As a Change Manager, you will ensure the smooth execution of changes within your scope, minimizing disruptions to the information system and services.
Main Responsibilities
1. Implement and manage the change process within the organization.
2. Evaluate change requests and assess their impact and risk.
3. Collaborate with project managers, operational teams, and clients.
4. Lead Change Approval Board (CAB) and Emergency Change Advisory Board (E-CAB) meetings.
5. Monitor the successful implementation of changes post-deployment.
About You
* Over 3 years of experience in change management.
* Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
* Ability to assess technical risks and impacts.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
* Proficiency in French (C1 level).
