Job Description NW Design & Optimisation (NWD) comprises the planning and / or managing the planning of communications networks for customers.
Covers consultation of customers on communication network performance.
Contains optimisation and / or managing of the optimisation of customer networks.
Covers the execution of end-to-end design-related activities (address surveys, site surveys, design and as-built) for deployment projects.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn As part of our team, you will:
Implement best Network Post Launch optimisation practices to improve Europe wide wireless networks.Contribute to strategic decisions within your professional area.Solve complex problems based on sophisticated analytical thought and complex judgment.Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to customers and contribute in knowledge sharing with the Nokia internal community.Consult and optimise customer network and perform root cause analysis to support customers around Europe.Key Skills And Experience Your skills and experience:
Strong understanding of 5G FR1 NSA/SA, 5G FR2 and LTE architecture & exposure to latest Nokia SW releases from 23R1 onwards.In-depth knowledge of Nokia RRM, features and parameters.Demonstrated experience with 5G & LTE End to End optimization projects.Ability to analyse Nokia internal syslogs, eNB/gNB logs, EMIL, TTI Traces for quick troubleshooting & expedite/steer R&D analysis.Exposure with logging tools such as QXDM, XCAL, or equivalent and should be proficient with those tools.Strong understanding of National Benchmarking (Umlaut, ARCEP, etc) methodology and optimisation.Team player, able to work with international teams remotely with good communication and problem-solving skills.It would be nice if you also have:
