Job Responsibilities
Your contribution to something big:
1. First contact for the customer;
2. Analyze requests and respond accordingly;
3. Provide solutions and step-by-step guides to help customers with app usage;
4. Advise regarding software and app updates;
5. Inform customers of the best way to get help for issues outside our range;
6. Notify second level support of recurrent issues they are not aware of;
7. Act as the point of contact between the customer and the technical team;
8. Assist dealerships and customer support when the issue is the App.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
1. Dutch (C1 level) Mandatory;
2. Fluency in English;
3. Good communication skills, commitment, and solution-oriented;
4. Experience in customer services, ideally in a customer interaction center receiving requests by phone, with an interest in the travel industry (interest in modern widgets, e.g., App customer support, is a plus).
