What You'll Do
* Strategic Customer Acquisition & New Business Development: Identify, engage, and secure new enterprise customers.
* Enterprise Growth & Account Expansion: Develop and execute account-based sales strategies to establish as the preferred AI modernization partner.
* C-Level & IT Leadership Engagement: Build and leverage strong relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and Heads of Digital Transformation to drive demand and shape large-scale modernization initiatives.
* Complex Solution Selling: Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles, aligning technical and business teams around 's unique value proposition.
* Quota Achievement & Pipeline Management: Consistently achieve and exceed annual sales targets, ensuring a strong and predictable revenue pipeline.
* Partnership & Ecosystem Selling: Leverage Product and Global System Integrator alliance channel to drive co-sell and referral opportunities.
* Contract Negotiation & Closure: Manage enterprise sales negotiations, ensuring competitive pricing, favorable terms, and successful deal closure.
* Industry Positioning & Thought Leadership: Stay informed on AI, cloud, and modernization trends to effectively educate customers and position as an industry leader.
What You Bring
* 3+ years of enterprise sales experience in AI, SaaS, cloud migration, or enterprise software.
* Proven track record of strategic customer acquisition and expanding enterprise accounts, closing multi-million-dollar deals.
* Established relationships with C-suite executives (CIOs, CTOs, and other IT leaders) in financial services, insurance, and regulated industries.
* Expertise in AI-powered modernization, cloud transformation, or microservices architectures is a strong plus.
* Ability to sell to C-suite executives and IT leadership, articulating business value and strategic impact.
* Deep understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles, contract negotiation, and solution selling methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sales, MEDDIC, SPIN Selling).
* Strong executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience leveraging partner ecosystems to accelerate sales.
* Self-motivation, drive for results, and ability (and happiness) in a fast-paced, startup environment.
