Job Description
We are seeking a Compliance team member to work alongside another individual in Porto, supporting the Head Office Compliance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for tasks related to conduct governance, reporting, and internal tool management.
This is a broad role that offers opportunities to build knowledge of regulatory requirements and engage with various stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
* Employees conduct management, including governance and internal tool management
* Communication campaigns related to conduct and consistency checks or controls
* Personal conflicts management, specifically relating to personal account dealing, outside business interests, gifts, and entertainment
* Ad-hoc and routine reporting on the above processes
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
* Degree or Master's degree in Legal, Economics, Finance, or Business Administration (or relevant areas)
* At least one year of experience in business/process consulting and banking/financial institutions
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Fluency in English (mandatory)
* Experience in managing processes as part of a remote team
* Strong aptitude for organization and prioritization of multiple tasks
