Pricing and Financial Project Analyst Job Description
We are seeking a Pricing and Financial Project Analyst to integrate the Pricing and Contract Management (PCM) department.
This role reports directly to the VP of Pricing and Contract Management, working as an integral part of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform financial feasibility analysis related to Logoplaste's contracts with customers.
* Provide support internally and externally about contract pricing.
* Work with the commercial team, providing data or supporting negotiation with customers before, during, and after contract elaboration.
Project Financial Analysis:
* Elaborate financial projects for new contracts or renewal of contracts with customers.
* Interact with commercial, technical, and raw material teams for specific inputs and background regarding each project.
* Calculate pricing using Logoplaste's ratio guidelines and financial methodology.
* Analyze pricing results and benchmarks with already existing Logoplaste businesses to evaluate pricing range.
* Present analysis conclusions to the relevant PCM Manager or directly to the VP of PCM for validation and approval.
* Prepare final proposals to be sent to the customer.
* Review proposals upon customer feedback and commercial challenges.
Commercial Support:
* Update pricing on a regular basis according to contractual agreements.
* Calculate reconciliation amounts (volume, bonus/penalties) for accrual posting and send information to the Planning & Controlling department.
* Elaborate simulation impacts for scenarios out of scope of contract rules.
* Participate in customer meetings as support to the commercial team or business review meetings.
Internal Stakeholders Support:
* Support day-to-day Pricing and Contract Management (PCM) activities related to price or invoice issues and liaise with internal stakeholders.
* Gather all relevant contractual information and update the PCM contractual data repository.
* Prepare data to support decision-making.
* Maintain Database repository each month.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance.
* 4-6 years of experience in Auditing or Consulting.
* Previous contact with the Industrial environment.
Technical Skills:
* Fluent in English.
* High level of Excel knowledge.
* Availability to travel abroad.
