Job Responsibilities
* As a B2B Sales Representative, you will work with small and medium-sized companies via email, phone, and chat support.
* You will acquire new advertisers within these companies.
* You will support and extend self-services for clients.
* You will provide pre- and after-sales support for all self-services.
* You will offer support regarding tools, products, and strategies.
* You will identify trends and give feedback from customers to engineering.
Requirements
* Native level of German and excellent level of English.
* Previous experience in B2B Sales.
* Dynamic and self-starter attitude.
* Proactive and motivated by targets.
* A proactive hunter mentality.
* No fear of making a high volume of calls.
* Ability to adapt and communicate with high-level executives.
* Excellent communication skills – both written and oral.
* Strong organization and prioritization skills.
* A do not give up attitude.
* Strong team spirit and willingness to support co-workers when needed.
* Open-mindedness and willingness to work in a multicultural team and international environment.
Benefits
* Type of contract: long-, fixed term contract, renewable every year.
* Working hours: rotating shifts (5 days/week, 8h/day, Mon-Fri 7 AM to 9 PM, Sat-Sun 8 AM - 5 PM).

o Including free accommodation: 1030€ gross/month.
o Excluding accommodation: 1400€ gross/month.
