Job Description
We are seeking a Business Development Director to join our team at TLC, the world's leading MarTech solution. Our proprietary data-driven approach ensures that we offer the right experience to every individual, connecting millions of consumers with over 150,000 experience reward venues through our COSMOS Platform.
In 2024, we formed a strategic partnership with BD-Capital, a private equity firm, providing financial backing and strategic guidance to fuel our mission of enhancing market leadership and expanding our global footprint in data-driven loyalty solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* IDentify, pitch, and secure new tactical campaign opportunities with blue-chip clients across various sectors, including FMCG, fashion, electronics, automotive, leisure, retail, financial services, and telecoms.
* Use your consultative sales approach and strong business acumen to engage with marketing and brand managers at all levels.
* Understand client challenges and objectives, then craft innovative TLC solutions to drive measurable results.
* Focusing on securing 1-3 month campaign projects, with opportunities to identify larger, multi-year contract prospects.
* Work closely with our marketing, creative, and account management colleagues to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Requirements
* Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in marketing, advertising, or the customer engagement space.
* Ability to quickly understand client pain points and translate them into creative, high-impact TLC solutions.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to influence decision-makers.
* Strategic mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing/advertising principles.
* Proactive, entrepreneurial approach and passion for networking and building relationships.
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
* Familiarity with loyalty, SaaS, media, or other B2B sectors is a bonus.
