What you will do
We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with hands-on experience with the implementation of Compensation and Variable Pay. Independently handle large implementation projects with a focus on Compensation processes such as Compensation Worksheets, Budget allocation, Compensation Planning, Compensation statements, etc. Familiarity with system implementation standards and methodologies.
What you bring
* 1.5+ years of relevant experience in SF Compensation & Variable Pay with a minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations in Compensation and at least 1 end-to-end implementation in Variable Pay.
* Good integration knowledge with other modules like PMGM and EC.
* Strong SuccessFactors Compensation knowledge and a valid certification.
* Ability to communicate and work well in a cross-functional team environment and also in the offshore/onsite model.
* Experience in international environments with the co-existence of global accounting and local statutory needs would be an advantage.
