Customer Service Representative (CSR)
We are seeking a skilled Italian Language Specialist to join our team at Transcom. As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional customer support via multiple channels, including phone and email.
Job Responsibilities:
* Provide customer support via calls, chats, and emails
* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
* Communicate in Italian on a daily basis
* Work collaboratively with the team to resolve customer issues
Requirements:
* Advanced spoken and written Italian skills (C1 level)
* Advanced spoken and written English skills (C1 level)
* Availability to work 5 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays
* Good computer user skills
* Ability to generate empathy in written form
* Excellent communication and customer orientation skills
