About the job
Within the Banking Operations Department, we assist our clients in completing the transactions they execute in the markets worldwide and provide custody-related services to the assets they deposit with us. We operate all asset classes – equities, bonds, mutual funds, investment funds, listed derivatives, OTC derivatives, and cash – and provide them access to close to 100 markets worldwide. By perfectly mastering the local regulatory, tax, and legal environment, we help our clients to overcome the complexities of the global capital markets.
Your Main Activities Are
1. Perform the follow-up of operations.
2. Contact a portfolio of clients, either through email or phone.
3. Insert data and clients’ instructions.
4. Control risks and procedures.
5. Analyse and report information to the client, based on their questions and queries.
Profile and Skills to Success
1. Academic Degree or 12th grade.
2. At least 2 years of professional experience.
3. Fluency in English.
4. Good notions of Economics.
5. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, namely Excel and PowerPoint.
