Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Media Planner with strong knowledge on offline advertising campaigns. You would be responsible for planning, negotiating and executing media plans.
What are you going to do:
1. Collect and analyze market data
2. Identify target audiences and understand their behavior and habits
3. Determine the best media outlet mix for our campaigns
4. Plan and optimize ad campaigns
5. Allocate budgets and monitor costs
6. Follow media trends of online and offline outlets (TV shows, magazines, blogs, radio programs)
7. Evaluate the success of media strategies and campaigns
8. Reporting
Qualifications
9. Mín. 3 years of experience as a Media Planner in Media Agencies in Portugal (mandatory)
10. Have offline media planning knowledge, experience and heave users of media planning’ tools (mandatory)
11. Good knowledge of excel
12. Knowledge in the different phases of planning: research, strategy, tactic, negotiation, buying, following-up, optimization and invoicing
13. Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, clients and media owners
14. Portuguese native (mandatory)
15. Good English Level (B1 or more)
16. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
17. Knowledge in statistics and database will be valued
18. Knowledge of Yumi and AdLog will be valued
