Sharing our experience for a better blue tomorrow.RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKSAssist the Asset Integrity team in the process of building, implementing, and maintaining a fit-for-purpose Rotating Equipment Integrity Management System.Integrate Rotating Equipment Integrity Management programs and processes with Anomaly Management, IFS Maintenance, HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment), and Process Safety functions.Develop and implement rotating equipment failure mode and effects criticality analysis (FMECA), root cause and failure analysis, and continuous improvement programs.Monitor and understand the health and condition of all rotating equipment.Promote a “Safety First” work culture.Build, promote, and manage applicable KPIs related to rotating equipment integrity management.Review rotating equipment operating parameters to detect abnormal behavior and performance degradations.Provide timely support for technical issues onshore/offshore.Ensure rotating equipment budgets and plans are prepared and reviewed in a timely manner.Deliver internal reporting as required by the Manager, Asset Integrity.Interface and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues related to rotating equipment integrity management.Ensure maintenance tasks for rotating equipment are conducted in a timely manner.Maintain an action tracker for all issues related to rotating equipment.Participate in Quarterly Performance Reviews with Service Providers.Manage subcontracts for major inspection/repair/overhaul works.Ensure regular communication with Service Providers to discuss action tracker.Participate and contribute to bi-weekly rotating engineering meetings.Deliver/present rotating equipment integrity issues and recommendations.Keep track of all machinery historical failures by maintaining a history log.Promote and establish new technologies where appropriate.Participate in all SHE programs and provide feedback for improvement.Support the management of change processes as required by SBM GEMS procedures.Establish internal audit procedures to ensure performance requirements are met.Ensure inventory of key spare parts is adequately managed.Travel to offshore sites when required.JOB REQUIREMENTSSpecific skills / expertise / product:• Advanced knowledge in Machinery Condition Monitoring.• Experience with Rotating Machinery.• Minimum 5 years’ experience in condition monitoring.• Minimum ISO 18436-2 Cat II certification.• Good knowledge of Bently Nevada System 1 or ADRE.• Rotor dynamic knowledge.• Oil & Gas Experience – FPSO experience preferred.• High Level of Safety Awareness.• Must be autonomous and possess good team spirit.• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.• Ability to manage several activities in parallel with strong organization.• Offshore survival and medical desirable/required.• Ability to travel internationally (short term), including offshore.Behaviours & inter-personal skills – Key points:• Able to work autonomously and in multi-disciplinary teams.• Must have a proactive approach with a problem-solving attitude.• Good analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines.• Effective communication and organizational skills.GENERAL INFORMATIONSBM Offshore N.V. is a listed holding company headquartered in Amsterdam.
