O nosso cliente é uma FinTech, líder na vertente de gestão de créditos, que pretende recrutar para a função de Business Development and Sales Support Analyst.
Responsabilidades Chave
* Help create sales materials, presentations, and proposals that demonstrate a deep understanding of client needs and the value of our technology solutions.
* Support the sales team in engaging with potential clients, understanding their challenges, and demonstrating how our solutions can address their requirements.
* Develop a comprehensive understanding of our technological solutions and services and communicate their value effectively to clients.
* Research into market trends, competitor offerings, and potential client challenges to provide insights to strengthen sales strategies.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised proposals and responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) for financial services clients.
* Leverage consulting experience to offer strategic input and advice during client meetings and sales.
* Work closely with product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and provide feedback from the field to inform product and service improvements.
* Assist in nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for expanding business with existing clients.
Competências
* Minimum of 3 years of experience within the financial services sector, namely in lending, with a proven track record in sales support or sales engineering roles.
* Strong knowledge of the financial services lending industry, including trends, regulatory landscape, and client needs.
* Familiarity with financial technology solutions, core banking systems, API management, and advanced analytics is a plus.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and compellingly.
* Fluency in English, with Spanish spoken and writing skills being immensely appreciated.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess client requirements and develop tailored solutions.
* Ability to manage multiple client engagements and deliver high-quality support within tight timelines.
