Descrição
- Act as the client's representative in supervising the project, ensuring that all parties involved (inspection and contractor) meet the required standards of quality, time, and cost;
- Manage and monitor all contractual aspects between the client and suppliers, ensuring that contractual obligations are met and resolving any disputes effectively;
- Handle licensing processes and other bureaucratic matters associated with the project, ensuring compliance with all regulations;
- Support the inspection team and coordinate with the contractor on technical issues, having a clear understanding of the on-site execution of the work.
Perfil ideal
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site management roles, in Portugal;
- Fluency in English (speaking and written) (mandatory);
- Experience in commercial and tender analysis;
- Experience in contracts management (FIDIC knowledge a plus);
- Experience in building construction;
- Experience in the hospitality sector is a plus;
- Experience in managing licensing processes is a plus;
- Fluency in English;
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is valued.
