As we prepare to launch new titles, we are expanding our team and seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to take charge of innovative campaigns across our current and upcoming game lineup. You will play a pivotal role in both acquiring and re-engaging players, ensuring our games reach and captivate audiences across platforms. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll work closely with a talented, tight-knit team dedicated to delivering top-tier marketing strategies.
Location and Flexibility
Our studios are located in London, Lisbon, and Bucharest, allowing us the flexibility to offer remote working options to individuals who reside in and are eligible to work in the UK, Portugal or Romania.
What You’ll Do
* Develop and execute an ‘always on’ marketing pipeline that promotes in-game events, in-app purchases (IAP), and seasonal campaigns to drive player acquisition and engagement.
* Collaborate with the development team to ensure marketing strategies align with game improvements and timely updates to app stores and platforms.
* Manage Marmalade’s website to feature the latest game news, updates, and promotions.
* Monitor game performance metrics and player behaviors, using data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies for retention and acquisition.
* Oversee app store performance (mobile, PC, and console), driving features and optimising conversion rates.
* Work closely with our creative team to produce engaging promotional assets like descriptions, social ads, screenshots, and trailers.
* Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and share learnings to improve future strategies.
* Identify target audiences through research and data analysis, and ensure campaigns reach the right players on the right channels.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in mobile and digital marketing within the entertainment or gaming sector.
* A strong track record of developing mobile marketing campaigns that meet player acquisition and revenue goals.
* Deep understanding of app ecosystems, with experience in A/B testing and campaign optimisation.
* Familiarity with app store optimisation (ASO) is a plus.
* Experience working across diverse marketing channels, including paid and organic social, email, push notifications, and retargeting.
