Job Description:
The Website Services Project Manager is responsible for managing and supporting digital programs for Nestlé businesses and/or markets to ensure the goals of the digital program are accomplished.
The Website Project Manager acts as an extension of the business team, taking ownership of the website's success and serving as the main interface between the Business, markets, agencies, Nestlé IT, and the Integrated Marketing Services (IMS) Website & D2C Service operation team.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Manage optimization projects/initiatives across websites in scope by understanding business needs, ensuring implementation, and reporting on project status and results.
2. Website new features: Ensure needs are properly understood by the implementation partner and create proper tests.
3. Build and deliver training to markets on newly built features.
4. Coordinate business requests with other Website Optimization services resources.
5. Monitoring and analysis of KPIs, present actionable insights to business.
6. Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and documentation.
7. Organize team ways of working, meeting targets and goals, provide FTR solutions, follow estimates and deadlines.
Requirements:
1. Excellent speaking, writing, and editing skills in English.
2. Hands-on experience with Website project management with multiple stakeholders (at least 3 years).
3. Meeting deliverable requirements, service level agreements, and specific targets.
4. Excellent communication skills with excellent response times.
5. Able to manage both speed and quality.
6. Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (preferably Drupal 7 and 8), SEO, and analytic tools (at least 3 years).
7. Solid understanding of analytics and content optimization concepts and tools.
8. Solid understanding of SEO concepts and tools.
9. Solid understanding of user experience optimization concepts and tools.
10. Familiarity with benchmarking tools.
11. Ability to work with ticketing and workflow tools.
12. Experience working in a corporate and multi-cultural environment.
13. At least 1 year experience managing a team from Project Lead perspective.
