Job Description Drive Cloud Migration Success as Our Cloud Migration - Change Manager at Unit4 Unit4 is leading a transformative shift to the cloud, offering unparalleled flexibility, scalability, and cost-effectiveness to businesses globally.
As we work to transition all our customers to the cloud over the next 18 months, the Cloud Migration - Change Manager will play a key role in ensuring that we have the right resources in place at the right time to meet project deadlines and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: • Define, develop and implement change management strategy, frameworks, methodology, tools, guidance and approach across the cloud migration process • Drive long term strategic customer journey improvements • Communicate changes to stakeholders and ensure their understanding and engagement.
•Work with individual functions to deploy business change intervention relevant to the specific initiative goals and aims • Monitor and report on the impact of changes on internal teams and customers.
• Capture feedback and data from past projects to inform future migrations and adapt to evolving requirements Key interfaces and ways of working: • Actively engage with stakeholders across Unit4 to communicate rationale for changes, gather feedback and ensure buy-in.
• Work closely with the Cloud Proactive Interventions Manager to align on risk mitigation strategies and changes to the process.
• Interface with the Cloud Migrations Operations Director to ensure changes align with defined governance frameworks and strategic goals.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and proactive change management.
Qualifications Skills, knowledge and experience: • Experience in developing and executing change management strategies.
• Proficiency in cloud technologies and platforms • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to engage U4 employees to support and commit to change initiatives.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills to prioritize project portfolio.
• Attention to detail to ensure all changes are properly documented, communicated and monitored
