Your Role:
This strategic role involves redefining the perception of Technology by developing a communication framework that complements the regional communications strategy.
You will conceptualize and deliver training capabilities to accelerate and anchor the adoption of new technology across all levels and disciplines, facilitating IS as a high-performing strategic enabler.
This includes designing and implementing 'IQ kiosks,' a digitized self-service knowledge management capability.
You will also be responsible for assembling, optimizing, and aligning a training and skills upliftment program, a critical component of the company's transformation program.
This program will enable us to prioritize our focus through deep cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a communication framework tailored to technology.
* Conceptualize and deliver training capabilities to drive technology adoption.

What You Need to Succeed:
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree
* 10+ years of experience driving change and communications in technology
* Proven track record of success in organizational change management
* Experience leading and working in multi-cultural teams across time zones
* Ability to thrive in a changing environment and deal with ambiguity
