Record-to-Report Business Line
We provide innovative and reliable financial services – from financial records to financial closing and reporting. Our services also include Tax, Master Data, Real Estate Business Administration, Controlling, and much more.
Your Mission
* Execute bank guarantee related requests accurately and timely, including amendments and discharging of existing guarantees;
* Check invoices containing bank fees, clarify discrepancies, and reallocate guarantee commissions to Siemens P&L Units;
* Reconcile Bank Guarantee Stock to ensure data validity;
* User management for various platforms and tools;
* Enhance, harmonize, and improve processes continuously;
* Collaborate closely with external international banks and internal corporate entities regarding guarantee business;
* Serve as primary liaison for Siemens customers to recover overdue guarantees.
We're Looking for Someone with:
* A University Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent;
* Fluency in German and English Language (mandatory);
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel;
* Previous experience in Guarantee Management and trade finance (a plus);
* At least 2 years of experience in finance areas;
* Basics knowledge of ERP systems – SAP is a plus;
* Attention to detail, high organization, and knowledge of financial processes;
* Good analytical skills, customer orientation, and team player;
* Solid communication skills and ability to build and maintain customer relationships;
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment.
