What you'll do
* As a Customer Service for Marketplace, you’ll gather important information;
* Identify troubleshoot issues;
* Perform triage requests;
* Provide communications support between teams and business partners;
* Share insights during official meeting check-ins, in order to improve processes.
What you'll need
* One to three years’ experience in customer service;
* Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in French;
* Fluency in English – B2 level (mandatory);
* Passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience interaction;
* Exceptional communication skills with grammar and typing accuracy;
* Be attentive to customers, recognize their needs and offer them an appropriate solution;
* Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team;
* Great listener and problem solver with analytical skills;
* Ability to educate customers on policy and product questions;
* Capable of reading developer documentation that might be more technical than a normal support manual;
* Basic Excel knowledge.
