Acts on pervasive bugs and issues within technology domain.Provides escalation support, and lab setup expertise.
Builds shared and reusable lab setups.Produces and shares intellectual capital (including documentation and training) in the most productive manner for internal audiences, Global Delivery Partners and customers for global use.Actively mentors and develops new hires, including Global Delivery Partners.Leverages software skills and tools to configure, deploy and/or troubleshoot Cisco products and solutions.
Contributes to the development of digital intellectual capital (e.G.
scripts, digital signatures).Minimum QualificationsTypically requires BS in a technical field (CS/EE preferred) or equivalent plus 3-6 years related experience.Has working knowledge of software programmability, automation, orchestration and/or virtualization to participate in hackathons and coordinated group efforts.Aspire to develop a solid understanding of modern enterprise networks and wireless technology.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge and experience with Cisco wireless products.Hold a current valid industry recognizable accreditation (CCNP, CCIE).Knowledge of programming language (preferably Python).Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
