You will play a key role in shaping a positive, high-performance culture and ensuring that our people processes support our mission and long-term goals.As HRBP, you will oversee all areas of the employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition and development to employee relations and compliance—while promoting a workplace where people feel valued and empowered.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters across the organization.Design and implement HR strategies that align with overall business objectives.Lead recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent.Foster strong employee relations by addressing concerns, conflicts, and feedback in a timely and constructive manner.Support leadership in driving employee engagement, performance, and development.Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure fairness and competitiveness.Maintain and enhance HR systems, processes, and policies across the business.Creating and developing performance and development evaluation processesAnalyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.Ensure ongoing compliance with labor laws and internal policies.Supervise HR administration including payroll and contracts.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR.Experience in an industrial/manufacturing company (mandatory).Fluency in English, both spoken and written.Additional Information:- Work regime: 100% on-site- Location: Penafiel, PortugalIf you believe you have the right profile and are motivated to join a growing and challenging project, send us your updated CV!
