Our client is based in Lisbon and it's one of the biggest multinationals specialized in Customer Experience for some of the world’s leading brands.
What will you do?
As a Customer Service Agent with French, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience by consistently providing solutions.
During your day to day:
- You will handle calls/emails from customers (B2C)
- You will manage cases about online orders or reservations
- You will colaborate with other departments
- You will handle complaints and queries
Who are we looking for?
You're the person we're looking for if:
- You have a fluent level in French
- You have a B2+ level in English
- You are passionate about customer care (B2C)
- You have excellent communication skills
- You are both customer-oriented and detail-oriented
- You're focused on reaching your goals
- You have good problem-solving skills
