Responsibilities:
* Analyze and manage employee databases
* Coordinate occupational health appointments and medical exams
* Manage support for employees and suppliers
* Oversee orders, consumables, and equipment inventory control
* Process requests for meal cards and benefits
* Manage IT equipment and office supplies
* Collaborate with external service providers
* Organize and maintain digital archives (GDPR compliance)
Requirements (Must Have):
* Completed secondary education (12º ano) or Bachelor's degree (preferably in Management, HR, or related fields)
* Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Office Management or Administrative Management roles
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
* Solid understanding of Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Calendar)
* English level B2 or higher (oral and written communication)
