Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end HR administrative processes, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and labor legislation.
* Administer the complete cycle of vacation and absences, including annual planning, request validation, and balance monitoring.
* Oversee benefits programs via the Mercer platform, including flexible benefits and wellbeing initiatives.
* Process and validate travel allowances, ensuring compliance with internal policies and fiscal requirements.
* Develop and maintain time reporting through the Productive platform.
* Analyze time, productivity, and HR metrics to support decision-making.
* Provide consultative support to employees and managers on HR administration matters.
* Identify and implement continuous improvements in HR processes.
* Ensure documentation and updating of procedures and internal policies.
* Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with deadlines in all activities.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, or related fields.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in HR roles.
* Proven experience managing HR processes.
* Knowledge of Portuguese labor law.
* Proficiency with HR management and reporting tools (experience with Mercer, Productive, or similar platforms valued).
* Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
* Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
* Fluent English (minimum B2) for oral and written communication.
