What you'll do
You will be part of a rapidly scaling global Sales Development team. You will be responsible for driving the prospection process and to rapidly build pipelines for the sales team. You will need to demonstrate an ability to communicate with new prospects, identify customer needs, demonstrate product knowledge as well as be hands on to create and execute the Lead Generation Strategy.
You are an empathic communicator, with a passion for human interactions, and a big “get it done” mentality.
Responsibilities
1. Develop, from A to Z, new outbound campaigns for effective lead generation;
2. Engage with new inbound and outbound leads and drive early stage sales conversations;
3. Develop and maintain Individual KPIs and performance metrics for the SDR team, regularly reporting to the manager;
4. Help driving team’s strategy by identify new markets or industries for lead generation.
Requirements
5. 1-2 years of experience, ideally in a SaaS B2B environment;
6. Strong communication skills with the ability to pitch and empathise;
7. Ability to demonstrate a good understanding of business processes and practices, while constantly challenging the status quo and implementing improvements where necessary;
8. Experience using Salesforce, Microsoft Excel & LinkedIn is a plus
9. A motivated self-starter who consistently demonstrates an enthusiastic, never give up attitude
10. Experience in a scale-up fast growing company is a plus;
11. Knowledge in AI/ML is a nice to have.
