Business Development Manager for International Markets
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our International Business Unit.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and promote client portfolios in international markets.
* Prospect and evaluate potential clients in international markets.
* Analyze new business opportunities and support the development of our internationalization strategy.
* Monitor all processes allocated to clients and ensure timely delivery.
* Organize and prepare meetings with clients, facilitating strong relationships and successful collaborations.
* Oversee the export process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
* Participate in international fairs and events, representing the company and promoting our products or services.
Profile:
1. Academic background in Management or a related field.
2. International experience in Export/Commercial areas is highly preferred.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
4. Strong analytical and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of success.
5. A results-oriented individual with a clear focus on achieving goals and driving business growth.
6. Experience in presentations and exhibitions, with the ability to effectively engage audiences and convey complex information.
7. Availability to travel nationally and internationally, as required by the role.
8. A team-oriented mindset, with a commitment to collaboration and mutual support.
9. Proficiency in English (mandatory) and Office software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
