We are currently looking for a talented Reservations Agent to join our Team at Four Seasons Hotel Florence!
About the role
TheReservations Agentis responsibleforselling the hotel andprovidinginformation to prospective guests via phone, email,chator other Hotels tools, ensuring the guest’s satisfaction.This position is also responsible for answering Hotel general phone calls, routing calls to proper internal extensions, accepting and delivering wake upcallsand performing otherCORE daily tasks(specifically PBXand chat).
Our Ideal Reservations Agentcandidate will have:
PreviousReservations or Front Office experience.
Excellent phone and customer service skills.
Ability tomultitask, to work well in a high-paced environment a can-do approach to any request.
Knowledge of Opera PMS and advanced computer skills including but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Internet.
Reading, writing and oralproficiencyin theItalian andEnglish language.Thirdlanguage is a plus.

Schedule & Hours:
• This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Florence and the contract is temporary and full time. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy at the time of application.
