Job Description
We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can transform ideas and brand concepts into compelling visual narratives for our B2B solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Designing and creating high-quality B2B marketing and sales materials, including presentations, case studies, white papers, and industry reports.
* Crafting engaging visual assets for digital and print platforms.
* Collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to develop innovative design concepts that effectively communicate our messaging.
* Monitoring and maintaining design assets, ensuring that all creative materials are updated and aligned with branding guidelines and objectives.
* Staying up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to proactively enhance our visual strategies and contribute fresh design ideas.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or corporate setting.
* A strong portfolio in digital (and print) design, showcasing a variety of styles, techniques, and real-world projects.
* Proficiency in design and presentation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and PowerPoint.
* Experience creating B2B marketing materials, sales assets, and corporate presentations.
* Attention to detail and a keen eye for typography, layout, color, and composition.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote startup environment with shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders.
* Readiness to work in central European business hours daily.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written word).
Bonus Requirements:
* Knowledge about the sports, esports, or entertainment industry.
* Data affinity to create visuals from and with our data.
* Experience with UI/UX principles and web design.
* Motion graphics and video editing experience.
* Design degree or related certification.
