The Mngr, Global Learning Strategy – Darwin is a key connection between the L&D team and the ManpowerGroup global transformation program Darwin. The role will leverage adult learning expertise and instructional design experience to partner with the global Finance function to translate their learning and business needs into various learning interventions. This role owns the governance/strategy of training for the global project and manages/runs training for the project. This role will also partner with countries to support delivery and vendors to ensure the best in class learning experience.
Key Responsibilities: Content Development
* Drives the overall training, budget, partners, connect to global learning assessing initial training needs based on Change impact Analysis (CIA) and Fit/Gap analysis.
* Adjusts training strategy and approach based on training needs, country specific landscape in collaboration with Country Change Team and or training Team.
* Partners with Darwin Change, Comms and P&C Teams to co-create deliverables and ensuring developed Comms & Training Plan.
* Works with the Finance Global Process Owners in order to ensure quality and relevancy of the content.
* Develops learning material and metrics for success.
* Works with the Global CoE and vendors to get the best output.
* Creates onboards new trainers ensuring strong on-country delivery and for GBS and managing trainers bench.
* Oversees the overall journey, with a continuous improvement approach having the End User experience in mind and connecting where interdependencies with other projects are to identify the overall solution.
Process SME
* Is responsible for creation of Darwin Training Strategy.
* Is responsible for the improvement of learning experience in Finance Organization.
* Works with Metrics and Evaluation.
* Adapts the learning methods to the needs.
* Works with Trainers to ensure continuous improvement.
* Works with GPOs and local training resource and review survey results.
Training Delivery
* Ensuring identify and train the trainers.
* Align with Local P&C on the availability of the in-country L&D resources and identification of the necessary support.
* Manage the trainers' bench.
* Ensuring local training delivery.
* Supports GBS training delivery on systems.
* Key go-to person for the countries.
* Delivering workshops as appropriate.
* Conducts Skills Gap Analysis.
Key Qualifications:
* At least 7-10 years of experience in similar roles
* Experience as a project manager or Project Management certification
* Experience developing learning solutions and strategy.
* Proven experience in developing credibility (Program Management at least at country level).
* Developing Learning in the context of a Transformation Project.
* Developing Finance Learning is a plus.
