Job Summary
As a Digital Marketing Customer Service Agent, your key responsibilities will be to support customers with various queries, provide optimal advice, and create meaningful relationships with marketing industry decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert guidance on business clients' queries
* Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers in the marketing industry
* Understand clients' business goals to match their online advertisement needs
* Administrative support for invoices and other tasks
* Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients
* Offer strategic campaign support and advertiser training
* Achieve high customer satisfaction rates with a focus on quality and results
