NORIT Activated Carbon Job Description
Overview
We are seeking an Area Sales Manager to handle specialty or complex accounts in the South of Spain region and drive the sales of Norit products.
Responsibilities
1. Manage sales territory and sell NORIT products to generate target levels of revenue, volume, margins, and days outstanding from the customer base.
2. Drive both current and future value for NORIT by building a shared understanding of individual customer and overall portfolio profitability.
3. Effectively communicate and negotiate complex sales contracts with customers.
4. Identify new market opportunities and target builds; seek out competitive information.
5. Establish and maintain processes that ensure accurate budget and forecast information for the business.
6. Lead NORIT's efforts to establish levels of excellence in sales and distributor management and customer service.
7. Provide leadership that assists management in setting strategic initiatives and programs to achieve corporate strategies.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in a field of science.
* Previous experience with activated carbon, filtration and purification technologies, food additives, or water treatment or working for a distributor is preferred.
* Five or more years of experience in sales.
* Fluent Spanish and English language skills.
* Skill in establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
