As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for all marketing activities related to ASSA ABLOY brands in Portugal. You will design and implement marketing strategies, coordinate marketing activities with the Iberian Marketing Team and external agencies, and control promotional campaign launches to increase product sales.
You will conduct market studies and customer satisfaction surveys to identify new business opportunities and drive new product launches. You will also coordinate operational marketing activities such as fairs, catalogues, and customer displays.
To succeed in this role, you need a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a similar field, at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a multinational company. You should be fluent in Portuguese and English, with a communicative level of Spanish being a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a decision-making attitude and resilience. You should also have strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, good knowledge of marketing programs in traditional, digital, and social landscapes, and proven experience with web, social, and analytics tools.
