We are now looking for an Quality Project for Airbus GBS.
Join quality as Customer Services Quality Manager for Flight Hours Services (FHS) and be a key player in Customer Services transformation journey.
The main tasks and responsibilities will include:
In a dynamic and Customer focused environment, the Job Holder:
* Leads or facilitates the resolution of complex / repetitive quality issues using problem solving methods,
* Drumbeats actions launched from Particular Problem Solving, and from FHS process and Warehouse surveillance findings,
* Analyses these actions, identifies clusters and launches/supports improvement projects with the business,
* Supports improvement of FHS Quality way of working (including Toulouse, Singapore, New Delhi and Bangalore),
* Contributes to guarantee the adherence of FHS deliverables to applicable regulatory & contractual requirements to ensure Right First Time and Customer Satisfaction,
* Contributes to maintain a solid FHS Quality Management System, in close coordination with international local Quality Teams,
* Leads or supports quality continuous improvements projects in the frame of FHS transformation,
* Analyses, integrates and provides quantitative and qualitative data to support discussions and decision making at Programme or Project Management level,
* Supports FHS Quality Risk and Opportunities management,
* Supports performance monitoring: updates FHS Quality KPI, reports and identifies room for improvement.
Requirements
* 2 to 3 years of experience in project and portfolio management knowledge (scope, organization, cost, schedule).
* Problem solving mindset.
* Ability to facilitate improvement workshops.
* Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and multifunctional team.
* Stakeholder management, listening, negotiation, conflict management, change management and communication skills.
* Autonomous, rigorous and reliable way of working.
* Service and problem-solving oriented behavior.
* English: advanced level.
