Role Overview
We are seeking a Tech Lead Application Support Engineer to join our team in Porto (Hybrid). As a Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading application support teams and ensuring seamless operation of our systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Linux IT Projects, utilizing a minimum of 6 years of experience.
* Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Linux environments, including Windows Server.
* Utilize scripting languages such as shell and python, with proficiency.
* Understand web servers, including migration from WebSphere to JBoss.
* Ensure security measures are in place, including SSL certificates, reverse proxy, and load balancing.
* Maintain general knowledge of scheduler tools, such as Control-M and VTOM.
* Familiarize yourself with monitoring tools like Zabbix, Grafana, and ELK.
* Stay updated on deployments tools, including GIT, Jenkins, XL Deploy, XL Release, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Openshift, and Docker.
