Job Description:
The Global Technical Academy is responsible for developing, coordinating, and conducting technical training for the Nordex Group wind turbines.
We work closely with our accounting department and other departments to create invoices for our national and international customers and subcontractors.
Your tasks will include preparing invoices, managing receivables, monitoring incoming payments, and providing support and advice on accounting matters.
You will be the main contact for accounting issues within and outside the Academy, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date customer information and administrative processes.
In addition, you will collect and analyze relevant data to support sales and customer service, contribute to ongoing projects, and collaborate with other departments.
Your Profile:
* A qualification as an accountant or commercial training is required, although career changers from other professions with a good numerical understanding are also welcome.
* Knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Excel, is necessary.
* SAP FI knowledge is an advantage.
* You must have very good English skills, both written and spoken (German is a plus).
* You should have IT, tool, and process affinity.
* A high degree of self-responsibility is expected.
* You must have strong communication skills, a willingness to perform, and the ability to work in a team.
* You may be required to travel.
