The Role:
We seek an exceptional UX/UI Designer who shares our passion for helping customers achieve their goals through intuitive interfaces and strategic problem-solving.
This individual will join our Product Development team, collaborating on the design of User Interfaces and UX Research for our product, ensuring seamless development and user experience.
Your Responsibilities:
* Create user interfaces and handle complex use cases for new features and enhancements based on concepts, designs, and specifications within cross-functional teams.
* Collaborate closely with UX/UI Designers, Developers, Product Owner, and Project Managers to collect information and provide feedback on design solutions.
* Participate in user research and usability testing to gather information for validating design decisions.
* Document product guidelines and best practices (focusing on atomic design principles) and maintain a Design System.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* At least 2 years of experience in a professional UI/UX role.
* Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail - thorough in work carried out.
* Great interpersonal and communication skills.
* Time management, organization, and prioritization.
* Teamwork - working together to meet deadlines.
* Initiative - seeking continuous improvement.
* Excellent English skills - spoken and written.
A Plus (Not Mandatory):
* Proficiency in UI design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
* Design Systems (focusing on atomic design principles).
* Knowledge of agile software development methodologies.
* Knowledge in web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
