Key Responsibilities:
1. Defining and implementing a globally consistent & cost effective IT infrastructure & workplace strategy
2. Maintain proper IT demand management processes in accordance with global function, fostering transparency on IT costs continuously focusing on reducing IT costs
3. Accountable to ensure all relevant IT security practices and protocols are maintained for AZ Services Portugal in line with global, local and customer specific requirements
4. Challenging and improving workplace services supporting business with efficient cost utilization, and enhancing end customer experience.
5. Identify and drive technology changes from POC to rollout in line with global processes
6. Define and govern IT Asset management processes for AZ Services Portugal
7. Ongoing management of IT Infrastructure and workplace services to enable simplicity, service cost, performance, and risk transparency
8. Represent Allianz Services Portugal in relevant group level forums
9. Contribute to management and optimization of digital assets to satisfy internal financial targets
10. Support monthly IT cost tracking
11. Implement and support local CIO governance e.g. ITSB, Demand Management, etc.
Experience and Preferences:
1. 3-5 years of experience in IT projects, IT support, or a similar role within a corporate IT environment (operating in an international and large organization would be advantageous).
2. Highly motivated, dynamic, and self-driven individual.
3. Ability to remain composed and resilient in challenging situations
4. Reliability in handling confidential information and conversations
5. Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and handling ad-hoc requests.
6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
7. Solid interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with peers and other departments, and the ability to motivate and influence key stakeholders to drive change.
8. Previous experience with Allianz IT systems is desirable.
9. ITIL Foundation certification is desired.
10. Familiarity with Agile methodology.
11. Knowledge of project management.
12. Willingness to travel is advantageous.
13. Fluent in English.
