About The Role
Goldenergy is looking for a Key Account Manager to be responsible for expanding, maximizing, and optimizing a Regional retail network with a strong focus on commercial servicing which will leverage the brand’s notoriety and solidify a good market reputation, aligned with the core values of Goldenergy.
What will be your responsibilities?
1. Responsible for North Zone - Minho to the Center;
2. Be present at the start of the activity process between an agent, store, or partnership;
3. Responsible for ensuring the partners' accesses are set as well as the delivery or collection of merchandising;
4. Monitor closely and provide clarification whenever needed in order to keep the daily activity running;
5. Manage the make-over/decoration of stores and commercial spaces whenever necessary;
6. Control, in a medium range capacity, the agents' deposits, mitigating the financial and cash holdings risk;
7. Monitor the KPIs as well as the profitability of the partnership;
8. Manage and monitor the sales numbers, VOC (NPS/SGA), audits, and others;
9. Be responsible for conducting commercial visits, plan and organize mystery shopper visits, and monitor their status;
10. Bonus negotiation, Rappel, commissions, and contractual part;
11. Implementation in the retail network - Training, Commercial training, mystery shopper, follow-up meetings, and current status;
12. Identification of areas with the greatest and lowest potential;
13. Analysis of TMA and TME of its own stores.
What you'll bring?
1. At least 5-10 years of experience in sales positions in energy or similar sector;
2. Relevant background experience in sales;
3. Medium user level of Microsoft Office tools;
4. Knowledge of CRM software (Sales Force).
