Job Responsibilities
* Project Planning & Coordination:
o Develop and oversee project plans to ensure seamless integration of IT systems, networks, and security.
o Assign tasks, track progress, mitigate risks, and advise senior management.
* Resource & Capacity Management:
o Optimize infrastructure resources and monitor Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) allocation.
o Plan upgrades/migrations with minimal disruption.
* Operational Continuity & Incident Response:
o E nsure robust business continuity, disaster recovery, and rapid incident resolution.
* Security & Compliance:
o Align projects with security best practices and implement controls.
o Oversee IT risk compliance.
* Documentation & Process Improvement:
o Maintain detailed documentation and drive continuous optimization of IT processes.
* User Support & SLAs:
o Ensure efficient support services and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for enhanced user satisfaction.
Requirements
* Minimum 8 years of experience in IT project management.
* Strong background in IT infrastructure and Security, ideally with previous experience as a System Administrator.
* Proven team and people management skills.
* Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
* Project Management certification (PMP preferred).
* Solid knowledge of infrastructure project management and reporting best practices.
* Excellent technical writing skills—able to produce documentation for senior management and executives.
* Ability to calculate and monitor FTE resource allocation for projects.
* Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to analyze and critically assess IT project risks and challenges.
* Adaptability to changing priorities and complex IT environments.
* Fluency in Portuguese and English (B2 or above); Spanish is a plus.
